Good day, my default blog page’s pagination isn’t working anymore, it just doesn’t jump to any pages, any solution to resolve this? Thanks.NB. Is there any recommend plugin of pagination to work well with Kleo, such as WP-PageNavi or WP-Paginate?

I couldn’t wait for your reply, so I reinstalled Kleo theme pack, but blog pagination still doesn’t work, I don’t know what to do know, pls help! 🙂Enable the 2015 theme temporarily and tell me if pagination works.

I’ve noticed that Kelo default theme pack is on 2.4.3 but child theme is on 2.4.1, does that make any difference? Just curious!First off, I’m not sure how you did this, but your child theme was completely wrong. Its as if you just copied style.css from Kleo and put it in a folder called /kelo-child/. I’ve fixed that part.
Second, the blog page uses index.php. I see you have a custom index.php file in your child theme. Remove it and see if you still have the issue.

I can recognise the first issue you mentioned, I actually did it, copied style.css from theme default folder to kleo-child, but second issue was the advice from @Radu, check the ticket no. #56247. I downloaded the attachment and copied to kleo-child. Did I do it wrongly? 🙁@Sharmstr – Can you take a look of the pagination issue for me while you are on my topic? It is still not working, doesn’t jump to the next page, very strange! But pagination works on 2015
As I said. The blog page (where you are having the pagination issue) uses index.php. Please remove it from your child theme and see if pagination works again. If so, contact Radu and tell him his solution broke pagination.

I got tired of waiting for you to remove it so I enabled the Kleo parent theme. Pagination worked. So it the custom index.php file that radu gave you. Marking this resolved.

@Sharmstr – I’ve tried to remove it then another problem became, it doesn’t show the articles after I removed the custom code. I actually need to reinstall the default index.php file form Kleo default theme, just wasn’t sure if I am thinking correctly, as I am still learning! 🙂
What? You should never remove any files from the kleo parent theme. Only add files to the kleo child.

You need to completely remove the FILE index.php from /kelo-child/. You cant just delete the code inside the file.

@Sharmstr – I mean I was trying to delete the index.php from child theme and replace the default index.php from kleo default. to Kelo-child.

@Sharmstr – I’ve managed to replace the index.php file with your custom code for other issue. The pagination is working now. I’ve left message for @Radu and will wait for his reply, hopefully soon. As I’ve said, you need to talk to Radu about that. I feel like I have to repeat myself many times. I asked you to delete the file 3 times before you did. I try to help many people here and it would be helpful if you take my advice when I give it the first time 🙂

@Sharmstr – haha! I do take your advice seriously! I have deleted Radu’s index.php file as per your advice.
I was just referring the ticket no. #55485, you told me to copy index.php to Kleo-child to have 5 post display in blog page a few days ago.

to this”)that’s why I was confusing why you told me to delete it and not having it replaced on Kleo-child.
