How do i remove these options

• VIEW MEMBERS PROFILE
• ACCESS GROUP DIRECTORY
• ACCESS TO GROUPS
• VIEW SITE ACTIVITY
• SEND PRIVATE MESSAGES
• ADD MEDIA TO YOUR PROFILE

If you mean remove them for the levels table, you cant. You need to create your own levels table using goPricing or the the price table shortcode in VC.
