    Hello,

For some reason PMPro does not display all the levels. What’s weird is that it displays them at first, and then the Premium Member disappears.

It is not hidden (as you can see by the space where it is supposed to be on the page), it just doesn’t display.

    See attached snapshots.

Can’t figure out what the problem is.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Do you have the latest version of WordPress ? If not update those

Do you have the latest version of Kleo theme ? If not update those

Do you have the latest version of plugins installed ? If not update those

If you de-activate all plugins excepting BuddyPress/bbPress/pmpro it works? if yes enable back plugins one by one to identify what causes this.

If you de-activate the child theme it works ?

    Let me know

    Hi @radu

Been really busy, but circling back to this…

    1. Latest WP

    2. Latest Kleo

    3. Latest Plugins

    4. Deactivated all plugins except BP, PMPro, ad bbPress. Still does not work.

    5. I activated WP 2015 Default Theme with all plugins ACTIVATED, and it worked fine. So that suggests a theme issue.

    Waiting for your reply.

    Thanks for all your help!
