Paid Membership Pro Registration

I have installed Paid Membership Pro and followed all their setup instructions.  What I cannot figure out is how with BuddyApp and BuddyPress plugin do I get Paid Membership Pro to take over the Registration process and also make page look like the theme Registration Page.

I have tried repointing BuddyPress registation to the Membership Levels page, which in the end just shows the BuddyPress registration and not the Membership Levels.  I have tried adding the Membership Level shortcode to the BuddyPress registration page, which would show the Membership Level page, but when selecting a level it then takes you to login page and not the chekout page.  Any suggestions are welcome at this point.

Laura how can I disable that the membership levels page appears after I login for the very first time? I don’t need this to appear after login or registration.
