Paid Memberships Pro – Additional profile fields?

I am using Paid Memberships Pro and wondering how to add additional profile fields the member will fill out when registering? I add them to the base group or a new group and they are not part of the registration but still available if you go to profile>edit.

It would also be ok if the fields weren’t part of the initial sign up but you were redirected to fill them out after you register. Currently, after you register you are taken to the membership confirmation page, which is great, but after that new members have no idea to go and edit their profile.

I would like to guide them to this (or have them do it during registration) so there is some information about them when other members view their profile. Now, if members view other members profiles they just see Base Group NAME.
