Paid Memberships Pro and Kleo Register Shortcode

Hi I like to know if there is a way to make Paid Memberships Pro work with the Kleo Register Shortcode

As I understood it is possible to redirect users after sign up to Paid Memberships Pro. So they can only see content if they have a membership. But this is not really good. Most people will register and than stop further use once they see that they have to pay. Is there a way to display the Paid Membership Pro Payment input directly on the register page with the Kleo Register Shortcode?
