Thanks for the reply, I just tried but for some reason my VC options have stopped working and is directing me to pay and sign up for it. Should I sign up for it?

Actually I just used the front end editor to access as per the video, but my row settings don’t have a parallax option?

They do if you switch the background style to image.

Thanks I was able to find the parallax setting after setting background style to image but it doesn’t create the parallax effect I’m looking for.

My homepage has a full screen video in a rev slider in a row on top of the page, and what Id like to do is add a row of text, and a row with an image on the lower part of the page under the video and use the parallax effect so as you scroll down the new text row will go over the video background if that makes sense.

Please excuse my lousy explanation, I’m just a beginner.

Its sound like you want to make the slider a row background. In other words, make your text go over it when you scroll down. You cant do that.

But, in thinking about it. I doubt it. Your text would still have to already be over the video. Unless I’m not understand what you’re trying to achieve, I’d say No.

Great. You can do that with rev slider. You probably wont have issues if you upgrade Kleo which will give you an updated rev slider. At the moment it appears your running a very very old version of Kleo which isnt compatible with the versions of several plugins you have installed (woocommerce, rtMedia…)

It appears you’re running Kleo 2.4.3. We are already up to 3.1.3. VC is up to 4.9 and rev slider is up to 5.1.3. The version of Kleo you’re running is so old that it doesnt even work with Themeforest anymore so you’re not getting update notifications. You’ll have to update via FTP. Once you update kleo, you’ll see notices to update all the other bundled plugins. And the Themeforest theme update notifications will start working again.

Where can I find the API key, Im logged on to my envato/themeforest account but cant seem to find it.

Go into your settings. Then click on API keys. If you havent created one, create it.

But again, that wont work until you get Kleo updated.
