Partner Logo Fully Visible on Initial Load

Wow, this theme is simply AMAZING! I am blown away by how you guys have thought of just about everything! My question is this: when I load the partner logos element into my page, the logos show up faded initially and only come into full visibility when hovered. I need them to be fully visible from the beginning, and perhaps toned down on hover. How can I accomplish this?

Just add this CSS snippet to you kleo-child/style.css or in Wp-Admin -> Theme Options -> General Settings -> Quick Css ->
