    Hi,

Fields to the registration page can be added from wp-admin -> users -> profile fields

You not see the forgot password in register form because you are on the registration area not in login area

    Yes,

That option is part of buddypress, you will have to enable buddypress plugin for that option to appear in the menu

Also, if i enable buddypress then my registration does not registers any new user, then if i set my registration page as the registration page for buddypress then my page disappears and only shows the budypress custom login page.

    any thoughts

    Hi,

What i am trying to do is create a forum but i want to keep the user experience of your theme, if i only enable bbpress i get all the wp log in and pages and emails, if enable buddypress i get your pretty emails etc, so at this time i only want the bbpress functionality but with your/budypress emails login pages etc.

Should i use bbpress and buddypress but just disable all the extra stuff from buddypress?

Or should i use only bbpress and get a walk around those emails etc?

    Cheers guys

    Hi,

regarding the plugins that says that now have been update for 2 years, please test it.

The custom login page should have different slug not like the original buddypress register page, so in wp-admin -> settings -> buddypress- > pages -> registration ( here you should have the default page assigned ) and if you complete fields from the custom register page it will pass the dates to the original buddypress register page.

    Cheers
