Password request (modal) is missing the 'token'

I would like to mention the bug with the modal popup to request a new password. The password request will be sent to an user, without the token in the url.

Hi, sorry for the late reply. We had some delays in the last week but we are on top of things and will continue with the max 48h response time.

I have tested the forgot password and it works fine. In my email I got something like:
http://mysite.com/wp-login.php?action=rp&key=WWRHL0QEVqFw3hgFN2zc&login=test3

I saw your video and it looks like the username in not being appended. Have you tried to do the same thing from the default wordpress page? wp-login.php

I have used the same service you used and tested on the demo and worked well.

Make sure you have the latest theme files or try on a fresh test install

Seems to be working again. The problem was related to a ‘html plugin’ which handles the email templates of our website. With this plugin disabled, the password recovery is working again. Thank you.
