I had isecurity but disabled it to because it was asking for stronger password.

The other ones I have are wangguard and cleantalk.

I have SSL Insecure Content Fixer installed could that cause the issue?

No the SSL Insecure Content Fixer has nothing to do with the strong passwords as how you said isecurity was the plugin that require stronger pass
