Users are being asked to have a minimum of 12 characters for their passwords and not able to create simpler passwords.

I had isecurity but disabled it to because it was asking for stronger password.

The other ones I have are wangguard and cleantalk.

I have SSL Insecure Content Fixer installed could that cause the issue?

If the above items are not causing the issue what could it possibly be to alter the passwords to enter 12 characters.
