I’m having an issue when members try to reset their passwords. They are sent an email with a link to click and create a new password but when this link is clicked the page it takes them to it says that the “link appears to be invalid” please enter your username or password to get a new link. When they do this and click the link in the new email it works correctly allowing them to enter a new password.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Not sure if it is WP related or theme related.
