Password reset email didn’t send out. Could you tell me how to fix this please?

The request is sent successfully but I didn’t receive the confirmation link. Please advice.

Most email issues are solved with an SMTP plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/

I’ve installed wp-mail-smtp. Contact form is working fine. New register sign up activate link is working and well received but not the password reset. I just didn’t receive the password reset confirmation link. Please advice.

Temporarily enable the WP 2015 Theme, then try it again. Let me know.

May I know how to enable the theme? I think I did it coz I’ve installed Kleo theme.

WP Admin > Appearance > Themes. If its not listed, install it https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyfifteen/

This will tell us if Kleo is causing the issue or not.

I know maybe this is a silly question. Would it be erased or overwrite if I enable Theme twenty fifteen? Do I need to set up everything again if I switch back to Kleo theme? Cheers.
