Im not sure if you can help me with this or know of a plugin…
Im looking to add permanent text like a form inside posts so users can just fill in the answers and publish the post.
Right now they have to copy and paste then fill in.. eh.
Something like this in all posts ready for them to fill in. (there is more to this ‘form’ but I dont see the private reply so its just part of it)

Help!! I still cant start a topic… Im having an issue.. The blog(the Story) is 404 erroring and other pages.. The other pages are removed from the navigation for now.
I updated the rtmedia plugin and all went whacked. ive shut down plugins and tried to trouble shoot but just cant fix.. please help! 😀

Please help. I have shut Every plugin down except bbpress and buddypress. I have 404 errors all over… This site has been half dead for hours..
At this point I went and deleted almost all plugins and still nothing but 404. Only thing working is the forums, activity and portfolio. The blog and all other pages 404.
I updated the rtmedia plugin and everything went wacky…
