php error

Hello Kleo team,

 

I am wondering why my Kleo theme produces this error: “PHP Fatal error: Class ‘ReduxFramework_Extension_customizer’ not found in /nas/wp/www/cluster-41320/sp…ramework/options/framework.php on line 2453, referer:http://spiritberlin.org” which again leads to an internal server error 500 when i want to access /wp-admin. Frontend works normally.

 

I have now deactivated the theme through the server support. Can you help me or mabe take a quick look where this comes from?

Hi,

It seems that you have installed and running another plugin that uses a outdated redux framework.

I suggest you to disable plugins that not comes once with theme.

If you ware unable to login to wp-admin dashboard, you can disable plugin bi connecting via FTP in this path wp-content/plugins/ , and just rename by prefixing folder names.

Are you sure another plugin is doing that? If so, can you point me to that plugin or give me a hint, how I can find it?

Just a note: Deactivating all plugins and activating Kleo returns the same error.

Hi,

I’ve uploaded the latest kleo version to server i activated the theme and i see it works now.

I think that the error was caused by lack of some files or some files was corrupted.

Hi Radu,

Great you could resolve it. I’ve used the child theme with my css before. Could you recover this or can I do this by myself?

Also there is a WP notice about rtmedia, should I do something on this?
“Please update rtMedia template files if you have overridden the default rtMedia templates in your theme. If not, you can ignore and hide this notice.”

Hi,

The styles are there, I’ve not deleted the child theme go here : http://spiritberlin.org/wp-admin/themes.php and activate the kleo child.

Regarding the rtMedia ignore that message.
