PHP error using Pages by User Role

Hi, I mentioned this in the CC comments and said I’d start a ticket. I’m having this error appear (on most of my pages now) while using RightHere’s Pages by User Role. I don’t know if it’s a theme issue or the plugin’s issue:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/56/9819056/html/wp-content/themes/sweetdate/header.php:12) in /home/content/56/9819056/html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 875

Hi,
Maybe the plugin itself is displaying some notices and you see the Warning: Cannot modify header information
Try disabling debug mode in your wordpress install by editing wp-config.php file from the root of your wordpress install and make sure your WP_DEBUG constant is defined like this(around line 80):
define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);

It was already set to debug false. Any other suggestions?
