Participantyes, i tried to deactivate other plugins but it still doesn’t work.
I haven’t used a cdn yet.
How to find which js could cause the issue?

ModeratorHello, it seems like something is blocking it, usually its a cache plugin, a snippet, cdn or a conflicted plugin

Participantspent 2 days but the speed is now….the same or even slower?
With firebug i can see that the site is blank within the first 30 seconds, then loading all content within 5 seconds. This is the best outcome for now, and this is almost the same before doing the steps in the guide.
Any ideas how to solve the issue?

The speed of the site is the same…very slow. Users will not wait 30 seconds with a blank page. It seems like some js/jquery loading too long. Do you have any idea how to fix it?

ParticipantHello Laura, the guide helps after the 1. visit, not by the first visit. I have other sites on my server, they don’t have the speed issue.
I have 400 products on the start site right now. Through progress bar you can see the site will show until almost all stuff incl. 400 products finish loading. I think the speed is slow because the site is too big. I’d like to reduce the number of products per site and turning page like pinterest-effect so that users feel they are on the same page. Theme Kleo has a pinterest demo, but i don’t know how to put them together.
should i open a new ticket for this issue?

ModeratorHello, maybe you could use a multisite, have products divided in categories, and each category be a site, for example, shoes.yourdomain.com

ParticipantHello Laura, thanks for your advice. I do have products divided in categories. But it is a sub-page. Our designer designs the start site so that users can directly get to products.
We decided to buy theme kleo because, between other demos, we want to use shop and pinterest demo for the start site, as designed.
would be greatly appreciated, if you guys make it work.

ModeratorHello, 400 products are a lot, but the load speed is a server issue there as the theme doesn’t really change anything at the products, just the style, my suggestion is to migrate to a better server, faster one like kgumiho.com
