Pin element

I have no idea how to add pins to a page as per your http://seventhqueen.com/themes/kleo/poi-pins/ example.
I have added the “pin” element from Visual Composer to a new page and configured a pin but as you can see from http://92.60.127.152/~bctv/hint/ it doesnt show.

 

What am I doing wrong?
I have provided my WP admin login details below.

The best way to explain it is for you to see how its done. Import the Pois and Pins demo page (Appearance > Kleo Demo > Specific Page > POIs and Pins.) When you edit the demo page, you’ll see that you add an image, then add pins by specifying the location in top, bottom, left and right percentages.

I have imported the data and can see how it works.
I have done exactly the same on my page but the pin still does not show.
Please will you take a look as we need the site launched urgently.

I have removed the bg image and added a number of pins at http://92.60.127.152/~bctv/wp-admin/post.php?post=8642&action=edit
None of them are showing and I wanted them to be the pulsating circles.
I did manage to get one to show if I changed it to a pin but then when I added more they all disappeared.

Your site is unresponsive, at least from my end, so I cant troubleshoot it. I’ll check back in a bit to see if I can access it. In the meantime, if you can access it can you test for a plugin conflict? The icons are there, but the animate when almost visible arent being fired.

I was able to get in. I changed the pois to circles and changed the animation to pulsate and they are working.
