pin option in visual composer

Hello friends, I have several questions someone might indicate me how to do something like this to share this page http://seventhqueen.com/themes/kleo/stylish-woocommerce/

Highlight title says esta section for some pointers on how to add these pins to an image either on my website, I would be interested to achieve this effect, but do not know how, anyone can help me?

You should look at the page to see how its done. You can import it by going to WP admin – Appearance – Kleo Demo – Specific page – Stylish woocommerce. Basically, you add and image, then pins. You give the pins coordinates.
