Place Order is Disabed

Hello,

I’m having issue in Production site, which was not there earlier.

(I’m seein this in console: blockUI blockOverlay)

As you see in Screenshot: Place Order on the right is disabled. Earlier was an OLD version of WooCommerce and Kleo, updated both to the latest version (WooCommerce V3+). But still, the issue is there.

PHP V: 5.5.38
kleo/woocommerce/cart\cart.php version 3.0.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.0.3,
