Please Deactivate Kleo Theme on BlueHost

Hello!

Can you deactivate Kleo from my old domain and/or BlueHost account?

I installed (but never developed!) Kleo on my old domain and BlueHost account. Now that domain along with my BlueHost account expired. I wish to finally use/develop Kleo on my new domain on Inmotion, but cannot. The Revolution Slider plugin, which was a big reason I purchased this theme, is not working.

The plugin says, “One registration per website. If registered elsewhere, please deactivate that registration first.” Without access to my old domain’s WP admin or BlueHost Cpannel, I am unable to deactivate the plugin. Further, the Revolution Slider team won’t deactivate it for me since I bought the plugin through 7th Queen.

Are you able to deactivate the theme and its plugins associated with the old domain name(s) and/or BlueHost? If not, can you cancel my old purchase and issue me a new one?

Hi, have you purchased Revslider separately because Revslider that is included in the theme does not need an activation code and should be left just like that.
