I understand what ribbons you are talking about. What I’m trying to understand is what you want to change about them. What they say? The color?
You can use the https://wordpress.org/plugins/bp-profile-search/
If the country is a product attribute you can add a filter in a sidebar.

Please gudie how to add new tab in buddypress profile like questions or profile , we want to add a new tab with dokan short code with option to which member it should show this option . Your refer guide dont help please guide easy and quick as we see in demo where it say shop

Buddypress has very bad registration form look but your theme is given seriously good design , Is there any easy and quick way to make registration form better in looks .
Its all done using php and css. So if you are good at that, then you can do it. If I believe there are plugins that allow you to do it.
