Please HELP

After updating your theme to 4.2.4.2 it has sufficiently shut down the admin section of our site. It moves incredibly slow (2-3 minutes to render admin pages)  due to weird calls to admin-ajax.php and other files).This is not an isolated incident either, as it’s timing out on every request in both PHP-CLI on apache and on nginx with PHP-FPM. We tested it on several environments and each with new installs and encountered the same issues, so it’s not a plugin issue or a server issue. Additionally, our servers are quite large and this issue seems to not be rectified by RAM or even processing power. It’s attacking the timeout services of the php itself and in a way that even adjusting for maximum timeout still persists in timeouts. This happens from the second it’s uploaded and persists until it’s removed. After viewing your recent client’s comments on ThemeForest, I know this is an urgent issue for many so I imagine you have a work around. Could you please send me what ever you have ASAP as I have a presentation to give in the morning and we were using Kelo as a parent theme for a ton of work. If you can’t I will need to redo everything in a matter of 4 hours on a different theme and this will be disastrous.

Our servers are super secure and I can’t give out access to anyone. I’m hoping since this is a widespread issue that you already have an update in the works or close for this update to solve this horrific problem ASAP.

Hi,

Please update the theme to the latest version and check again, in past version was an issue with slow loading of wp backend.

Let me know if it’s ok after theme update
