    Dear Support,

It has been awhile since i faced a problem within this theme i have no idea all of sudden what made this to happen
but could you please look into the attached image file and see the problem.

the problems are highlighted in yellow.
For example, some of the words that were bold are now ‘word’ /strong.

What might be the cause of this?
I have not touched anything for awhile really.

    Thank you for the support.

Normally when raw html prints out like that, it means you’re missing a closing ‘ or ” somewhere. The first place to look is in the text box that contain 158.

In this screen shot you’ll see the bad html markup. Edit your hompage and edit the text in the container that holds 158. When the visual text editor comes up, click on text to see the html tags. It looks like you have <strong instead of

I have just tried to reset the the content that holds 158. Even deleted and rewrote the part but it is somehow still showing the raw html at the end.

If you look at the attached screenshot at the first comment, you will see that some others are also showing raw htmls somehow the htmls are decomposed of the words components.

If you also look this screenshot, you see that even the buddypress component is showing raw html which never showed before like that.

Like i said i have not managed to modify the contents for awhile.

Can you suggest me other things that may cause this ? this seems to be something more complicated. ):

Since its happening across multiple pages, then its bad markup higher up. For example. I’ve seen several times that people have put bad html code in their “main menu info”. Since that prints out on most pages, it messed up the html on those pages. I’m not saying this is the cause of your problem, I’m just using it as an example.

    @sharmstr

I was just curious could deactivating and reactivating K-element or any other plugin cause this issue ?

Some other developers i am contacting with mentioned about having JS errors with K-element in my website.

reactivating shouldn’t be an issue. What did these “other” devlopers change? What version of k-elements are you running? What errors are they seeing with k-elements?

@sharmstr sorry for the late update on this issue..

I just resolved it by restoring my DB and data… hw…

I could not solve it for some days so i asked the hosting to just restore my stuff back to one point in the past.

    Thank you.
