plugin accept user can post on page or categories

i want to use a plugin which one can accept user can post on page or category , I’m use wp user frontend but it not compatible with theme , anyone can suggest me which one can replace that plugin . tks !

Social Articles will allow your users to create posts (not pages). You can give them ability to select categories when posting https://wordpress.org/plugins/social-articles/
