plugin issues/front end on pages not working/errors

Huge issues with most plugins. Front/Backend editor looks crazy. Wont let me use any of the tools. Wont install revolution. Checked with host and its not a server issue. Any help would be great

Plugin not activated. A higher version of Revolution Slider is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.

Hi, will take a look and see what is going on.
buddy press that says destination folder exists -> means you already tried to install buddypress and the folder exists in the wp-content/plugins folder.
