Plugin or shortcode to feature a member?

Hello,

I would like to be able to have a “featured members” of our choosing in a section on our home page and to feature members with links to their profiles under their photos. Something that would have their profile photo, name and/or username. Is there shortcode for this or a current plugin? I found one, but it hasn’t been updated for three years.

Hello, right now this is not available but can be done manually, you can place a photo of the member and below, a link to their profile
Using visual composer is very easy, for example:
A row of 1 column
Header title element
A row of 4 columns
Single image element + kleo button element for each column
