plugin theme conflict bring site down?

Hi!

I’ve recently updated a plugin however when activated it brings the site down with the error message below?

Cannot redeclare get_attachment_id_from_url() (previously declared in /home/rukhphot/public_html/cultexposure.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-job-manager-field-editor/includes/functions.php:487) in /home/rukhphot/public_html/cultexposure.com/wp-content/themes/kleo/kleo-framework/lib/function-core.php on line 339

Is this a plugin or a theme issue and is there an easy way to fix it?

Hello, that is the plugin wp-job-manager-field-editor that its not compatible with our theme (it seems) have you tried to test it with wordpress default theme?
