1, As per my client, I want to have a plugin which could be helpful for member to block other members from viewing their profile.

So, may be ONE member can block to another member.

Please suggest me suitable plugin.

2, I wanted to use WangGuard plugin but when I install and activate this plugin. I am not able to access the backend. Please help me to fix this bug with this theme.

Hello, WangGuard should work fine, so it may be another plugin you have that creates a conflict
