Plz i need help from any user

everything has been functioning ok suddenly i installed a plug in for bb security and the iphone it looks like this. everything else works perfect. i reinstalled the theme erase the previous one. nothing could be done. when i change the theme it works great but the sweetdate doesnt work ok. plz let me know if u encounter the same problem

after freaking out it put me to think about and the theme has an issue on the viewport meta

instead of <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width/>
it should <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0" />

on the header.php

In part yes it open and stay in the screen. It doesnt go into a small column. Still have issues like if by mistake u zoom out it doesnt get to the original width of the iphone as it should. Any idea why it happend on the first time?

@talimagnum try our demo on your phone and see how it goes. In header.php the theme should have by default a meta viewport tag, maybe you deleted that the first time

Hi abe, in part yes i replace the whole theme even the child and it didn’t worked.. Even erased the theme and wrote it again. I believe it was a problem with the plug in of anti spam. Everything was working fine until i put it in. Other thing that maybe could have done something was the google ad. On the bottom. Its custom width with a new beta they give that is dynamic but the ad was put after i solved that problem.

Surely the ad was causing the issue then since it has a fixed width.
