PMPro Short Codes not working

Note: I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plug in.

For the default PMPro pages listed below and the associated shortcodes that are on the pages, the dynamic information is not displayed on the page, only the short code itself.

Note these are the auto pages that are created with the associated short code in each page
• Membership Account
o [pmpro_account]

• _Membership Billing
o [pmpro_billing]

• _Membership Cancel
o [pmpro_cancel]

• _Membership Checkout
o [pmpro_checkout]

• _Membership Confirmation

Trying to update per the instructions given above,as you suggested…

1. Automatic updates:
– Go to WP admin – Theme options – Theme Update
– Enter Themeforest username and API KEY
– Save the options
– Go to WP admin – Dashboard (link should be like: /wp-admin/update-core.php) and you should see the theme there if there is a new update available
– Click the checkbox next to it and click to Update themes

I entered in my Username and API Key in the Theme Update section, saved my setting, and then went to Dashboard. But it tells me there are no updates.

Then I went to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Themes to lookup the theme versions for KLEO Child (which is activated) and KLEO.

KLEO child theme version is blank
KLEO theme is version 3.02

Am I missing a step? Not sure what to do next

You need to update via FTP. Quite awhile ago, themeforest updated their code which broke auto updates for most of the themes out there (not just Kleo). Once you update to 3.0.6 updates via wp admin will work again.

I am have the same issue. After the recent kleo 3.09 update via wordpress. The PMPro shortcodes no longer work. Any help would be great thank you.

I have disabled the ‘Paid Memberships Pro – Levels as DIV Layout Add On’ and the short codes appear to be back online.
