I upgraded sweetdate the other day and now the login window on the home page does not function. It pops up and the info and when I click log in the little spinner spins and spins and spins – and nothing happens.
I only added a spam blocking plugin the other day. Which I have deleted to see if it is the issue. It doesn’t make a difference.
We just got 25 new members yesterday and they can’t login.
What would have changed with this update that would make this stop working? It has worked fine up until now.

Hi, I don’t think it is because of the update since we haven’t done any change to that mechanism. It could be related to a plugin that is restricting access to wp-admin ajax requests.
But we have created a fallback to normal login if the AJAX request isn’t possible. Until next update please replace this file contents wp-content\themes\sweetdate\assets\scripts\app.js with this one https://archived.seventhqueen.com/files/app.js

@ SeventhQueen we do our best to have super happy customers. Thanks for being our customer.This issue has resurfaced again. Other then updates to existing plugins and the theme, nothing else has been added.
I tried to put the app.js script above, and then didn’t resolve the issue or do a redirect.
