Hi,
We have created a portfolio page which renders perfectly on PC and Mac Laptops although it does not appear at all on iPads and iPhones.
This is areal show stopper for us right now and believe we must be doing something wrong for something so simple not to be working.
Would you please lokk at site [ http://www.khhair.network ] on PC and then on iPad to see the issue..?
The site is in construction but the deadline is looming ………!
Many Thanks – John Fergus

May 11, 2015 at 19:54 #58393RaduModeratorHello,
Sorry for delayed response, but it was weekend and our stuff fully operates monday to friday.
Your problem is caused by lack of retina logo and it’s a isolated problem that will be fixed in a next update, until then replace the app.js and app.min.js ( wp-content/kleo/assets/js/ ) from attachments.
Cheers

Sorry for chasing up over weekend and thank you for your response on Monday.
We FTP’d the JS patch and to our immense relief all is now working as we had hoped on iPads and iPhones.
Your assistance was very much appreciated, Excellent support with many thanks again.
Now we just need to work out why the mobile navigation does not stay open on iPhones..?
When the menu is tapped it opens for a second and then collapses – I will look through your support form now to find resolution unless you have a quick fix..?
Best Regards – John.
May 12, 2015 at 20:43 #58506RaduModeratorHello again,
I see that you use a download manager plugin and this plugin loads bootstrap css and js over theme bootstrap files, i think that is causing that problem.
Try to disable that plugin and test again, it should work without any problems.
Let me know if it works
Cheers
Radu

Yes, you are absolutely right. (Genuis)
When the Download Manager is deactivated the iPhone (Mobile) navigation menu works perfectly.
This gives us a huge problem now as of course the website is now not fit for purpose because it has been developed as an IntraNet offering the Client a document library and when the Downoad Manager is deactivated none of the docment management capabilities are available.
We assume this is no longer your problem but we would respectfully ask if you have any thoughts which may assist us deliver this project after so much work has already been done..?
Many Thanks again – John.
May 13, 2015 at 17:42 #58619RaduModeratorHello again,
Thank you for compliments.
I suggest to prevent loading of buddypress.js the download manager. Then the plugin it should use the bootstrap.min.js from kleo theme, i don’t know the behavior for this action, you need to test this…
Let me know if this suggestion was helped you.
Best regards
Radu
