Portfolio Titles in Grid – Styled like attached image

Hi, we need some assistance with the titles for Portfolio grid items.

I have attached two images, I would like the 1st image styled like the second; where the background and border is around the whole title, not just each individual line.

How can I do this?

That’s not generated by Kleo is it? Looks like maybe a plugin you have installed?

The second photo is a recent posts plugin that we have installed; however we want image number 1 to look like number 2.

Is it possible to get it styled like that?

If I were to create a div before the title css class would that work and if it would which file would i find the code for the fetching of portfolio titles?
