Possible Issue with KLEO theme causing 2 Items to be Added to a Users Cart

Hi Support team!

I am experiencing duplicate items being added to a user’s cart and I believe this is the cause:

I have inspected the page from the client standpoint and do not see anything out of the ordinary.  Is there something in the theme defaults that could be causing this issue or do you see something I don’t that would cause this on
