Hi,

If you have Activity Streams enabled in Settings > BuddyPress > Components then it should appear automatically, see screenshot. If it does not then please send me some login details so I can look into this for you.

Thanks for quick reply.

That parts works great.. But when a user submits a “What’s New?” entry it DOES NOT post to the “main blog”… ergo it does not show up on the main page.. it only shows on activity page.

I guess you’d call it member generated blog posts.

That is what I’m trying to achieve.

How do I do that?

Hi,

I understand you now, you will need to install the plugin called Social Articles which we offer an integration for. You can either install it by going to Appearance > Install Plugins > Scroll to: Social Articles or by going to Plugins > Add New > Search for: ‘Social Articles’.

This will allow your users to post from the front end and integrates with their BuddyPress profile.
