Post Grid and Mansonry Grid

Hi,

I’m using Post Masonry Grid here

and Post Grid here

With Windows 10 & Edge : the first don’t work
With some Mac (as customers say) : the second don’t work

Not sure if it’s Kleo or Visual Composer (or Both), but i have no problem with other configuration.

Please see attached files.
Both are from Win10 (Edge reload 3 times the page and then crashed – with Post Masonry Grid.

One customer use a MAC with Safari 5.0.6 and has the First capture (but with Post Grid).

For information WP Bakery (Visaul Composer support says :

“Our standalone plugin works fine in both the OS. The issue at your end might be because there is an inbuilt version of Visual Composer (or the related code) present in your theme which is overriding the standalone plugin version and hence causing the issue. You will have to get rid of it. I would advise you to do so with the help of theme author, otherwise you might loose the extra elements added by him. Once this is done, you can install the standalone plugin and it will work fine. Kindly check.”

For information, i tried with the last VC but it’s the same thing.

Let me know i can bring more informations.

Moreover, i tried many things, and it seems the problem with Win10 appears when the total Items is >1 when it’s =1, it’s OK…

– I can’t check this for MAC and post grid … because i don’t have one !

So something wrong with Kleo :-/

If the items are not appearing you can take a look in the browser console for javascript errors and let us know if you find any. I have tried on Safari in Mac and haven’t encountered any issue.
