Post Grid is not loading some of the images

Hi there,
I am using Post Grid widget to load posts from a specific category, everything is working fine but some of the posts are not loading the images and found that loaded images
are not cropped, it loads full resolutio images, so I have added a new crop size of 250×250 and have cropped all images in that size.

I need to load all images in 250x250px. Will you please help me to load images in that size.

And what if I have to override this layout?

I am using Post Grid > Default layout.
