Post message when registration ends?

Hi,

When the user completes the registration on the site, and log in they are redirected to Activity Page. Is there any way that within that page, already appears a ready option that says:
“Hello, this is my first message! #myfirstpost” and a button “PUBLISH”

as happens for example when registering on Twitter (“just setting up my Twitter. #myfirstTweet”)

Unfortunately there isn’t such option, but you could achieve this with the help of a developer.
