Hello,
I have remarked that when accessing general site activity via mysite.com/activity the Post Update button is deactivated meaning, the user has the window to enter some text but cannot submit it (see activity1.jpg). However, when user activity is accessed via mysite.com/members/myuser/activity same window is showing the Post Update button as being enabled (see activity2.jpg).
Can you please check how to solve the issue?
Thanks.

Saw that, can you check please to activate parent theme instead the child and then to test to see the behaviour ?
There it should be enabled on focus at textarea but it remains the same with no js error.
Are you running something like mod_pagespeed or any other cache/speed related module ? if yes set them off for testing
Let e know
Cheers

Thanks for your help. I have activated the parent theme but I see exactly same behaviour. In addition, I am not aware of running anything like mod_pagespeed or cache/speed module. You can see what extra plugins I use.
Thanks.

I could contact their support of course, but this plugin is comming with your theme maybe you know those guys already and can put some pressure on them to solve it faster. I had several issues lately, and most of the time when I contact somebody from plugin support they say that most probably is from theme. There is always this ping pong.
But thanks for checking and confirmation.
Regards and nice weekend.
August 31, 2018 at 21:01 #208128RaduModeratorHi,
Right now we are writing also to the rtMedia developer to inform about the issue.
Not sure what to advice to workaround the issue, you can try to use a previous version of rtMedia ? it may be a possibility
So from now depends by the rtMedia team to solve that. try to use an older version for the website launch.
Cheers
