Posts Carousel Not Displaying

Hi.
I am setting up a help video page and I wanted to put each help video on a blog post under a Help Video category, and then display the Help Video category on this page http://homediary.com/help-videos/

I have the short code on the page to show the help video category, but no videos are showing.
the short code is [kleo_posts_carousel cat="1242" limit=""]

I have confirmed the 3 videos I have are in this help video category as well.

Ideas?

Other things. version 2.6.2 installed

I did add the direct youtube embed code for the videos for now…but you can see at the top there is a blank area and that is where the short code is…when it loads I can see some smaller arrows display on the right side…so it is like they are there, but not.

Hello, put limit in your code like limit=”6″ and see if it works

I tried 6 and still same thing. when it loads the first time I see the two black/white arrows to scroll through but the posts do not show.

i also just tried adding a toggle and put the embed code in the content….and it is stripping out the embed code. I should be able to do that, right? So have the Video title in the title of the toggle and then the click to reveal shows the video.
