Have tried using resource/pages or resource categories in menu; however, posts do not who up. Will show up until more than 4 are added, then gone & cannot retrieve. Never had a theme be so difficult to resolve problem.

Please help me figure this out or we will have to get a different theme and request a refund. I do not want to post login information here, so please look for my email.
This is what is happening and I have attached screen shots. Two screen shots, pain transformation stories & Inspiration under Resources tab are linking/displaying correctly. The screen shot of documentaries under resources does not link/display correctly. If you click on the resources tab the same wrong display/incorrectly linking occurs. Documentaries was correct at first until I put more than 4 blog posts under that category then all went away. URL: http://www.painoutloud.com

About your issue, i see those are the category pages, if you do not have any post for that category, it will be empty.
At inspiration, the third post its a quote style, that is why it looks different, if you want all to look the same, please go to the post edition page and at format, select standardHi there!!! I know how to connect blog posts to categories and have worked for many years with other theme companies and never experienced the problems I am having with yours. THERE ARE BLOG POSTS THAT ARE NOT CONNECTING INTO THE CATEGORY TABS CORRECTLY – if we add more than 4 blog posts to a category they all disappear. I KNOW THAT ONE IS A QUOTE – THAT IS NOT MY QUESTIONS NOR PROBLEM DISCUSSED. Tell me how to fix this or we cancel and ask for money back + post how unhappy we are with this theme. It should not be this difficult to get a question answered.

You shouldn’t reply to the email you get and if you reply you will get a message relling you to answer here directly since emails sent by reply don’t get here.
Give example of a post that does not show so we can inspect.
Make sure you disable any extra plugins to make sure it is not related to plugins.Laura, please take a look once we get a reply with the posts that don’t show.
Anyway this should not be related to the theme since it doesn’t interfere in the default post display.

Asked for theme cost to be refunded by EnvatoMarket – which was issued a credit within the EnvatoMarket system for other products. My recommendation to all would this theme is too problematic and until tech support corrects both programing and support issues your money and especially your time would be better invested elsewhere.
