Preventing email and phone numbers

Do you know of any way to prevent email and phone numbers being sent in private messages?

Or perhaps a way of flagging such messages to the admin so that they have to be approved first if there is suspicious content detected?

Hello, right now there is nothing to prevent that, you could add a text at the sidebar telling users that sharing personal information is dangerous. But right now there is no plugin to stop it
