Primary menu broken

Hi, can’t seem to figure out why they primary menu seems to be sitting in wrong position. The menu is there, and the sticky works, its just fixed in wrong position

Hi Sorry firstly i posted in wrong place, but its the transparent menu, turning this off solved the issue.
