Privacy Policies pages

Hi,
I wanted to setup the privacy policy and term of use pages at the BOTTOM of my site. It might be already answered, apologies if thats the case.

Could you please someone give me an hint?

You can add a widget in the Footer section from Appearance – Widgets. You can use the Menu widget and add a Menu from Appearance – Menus that contains those two pages.

Is there a website where you can build a Term of use, privacy policies, terms and conditions for FREE? Can I do this without a Lawyer?

A lawyer is preferable. We are not aware of any site to create a good TOS

Try WordPress plugin “Term of Use” it has not been update since 2011.
