Private community site – redirect guests to register page

I want to make a private community – so I found your article: https://archived.seventhqueen.com/general/article/private-community-site-redirect-guests-register-page

 

BUT: If I paste that code at the end of

BuddyApp: Theme-Funktionen (functions.php)

it does not take the code… 🙁

 

So how can I put the code in properly?

Hello have you tried the restrict my site plugin included with the theme? Go to theme options to set the login page so the site is restricted 🙂

Well, there IS a Plugin called “restrict my site” and it is active, but there are no settings that I could make… please help!
