Private Message Thread Layout Bug

A User reported this problem:
If you write private messages (a lot of, >20) with another user, the reply box is always at the bottom of the thread/page, so that you have scroll down. (and down…and down)
This will become a big problem if you write more than 100 messages with one user. Why is this no basic functionality to have the reply box at the top of the thread or a scroll box? I found this topic:

This idea did not work. You should think about to get a solution for this in one of your next updates, that would be great.
