Anybody having success with writing/sending messages to the author from a custom post / single-cpt.php?
Using buddypress.I tried different code snippets, and plugins.. But none of them works!
The problem could be I don’t know enough about messages in buddypress.. Is it really that difficult?

Seems like I got it:
