Privay not working.

The privacy is not working however, when you set up the fields ‘members page > profile > edit and set the privacy, that DOES work, but when you try to change them through the ‘Members page > settings > profile > privacy settings’, it does not work, I have tried a number of ways, lets hope someone on here can help me, this theme is amazing by the way, you guys rule. http://www.nikahpartners.com

By the way, I have just checked and the settings don’t even work ON YOUR OWN DEMO, on Themeforest, you really need to get this fixed ASAP as it’s a privacy issue, I know you have the other way to set the privacy, but there is NO POINT having one that does not work, not even on your own Demo, is this the first time you are hearing of this fatal mistake?

Your attention on this is matter is an emergency.

Hi guys, This seems to be a Buddypress 2.0 related issue. We did some tests with the default WordPress theme as well and it is the same result. You can try on Buddypress forums. We are still doing some research on this

This options wasn’t available before Buddypress 2.0 and also looks like is not a theme related issue

I don’t accept sloopy shoulders, you chose to use it to put in your theme, If I was digging and cut a wire I wouldn’t blame the spade I would think ‘I really should of looked into it before using it’.

20 days is enough for any developer to re-write his script, have you come up with a solution?

We are still doing some tests but since it is not related to the theme and it comes from Buddypress the progress is slow. We will keep you posted.

Good news, we managed to fix this Buddypress issue and hopefully they will fix it in a future update.
Until our next theme update please replace the file content from this file with the content from the one attached wp-content/themes/sweetdate/members/single/settings/profile.php
