Problem after WordPress Update

Every time I update WordPress version, my posts on the pages won’t get displayed in Edit view in Admin Panel with Visual Composer.  Is it because the post_type is changed to revision?  How can I display it again?

Updating the theme will somehow disable my homepage(it will not come up after the update) and other pages. I don’t know what it is. My child theme is activated so I don’t know why it will mess up my pages.

At Settings > Reading are you able to select your homepage?
